I'm charged up

I got a replacement for my lost credit card the other day. It's red and white and blue. My other one was green, which I prefer to the patriotic colors on the new card. But I'll be using the new card just like every true blue, white and red American. I'll be charging stuff every chance I get. The other thing is, I miss my old number. I had that one memorized so whenever I went to a new website and bought something I could just key in my 16-digit number, including the three-digit one on the back, without hunting for my card. So now I got a new number to memorize, a new challenge, and that might be good for me. I'll have that number memorized before long, and I'll get used to the new color, too. By the way, I found my "lost" card the day after I reported it lost. It was in the pocket of the shirt I wore on the day it disappeared. I guess I should have looked harder.
