My voice, it's not so beautiful to me

I taped my first Karaoke on singshot today after work. I was home alone, not quite ready to cook my dinner so I thought I'd give it a singshot. I tried Joe Cocker's "You Are So Beautiful" first. I practiced it a few times ... "You are so beautiful. You are so beautiful. To me. To me you are so beautiful," or something like that. I soon tired of singing those four words over and over. The Beatles' "All My Loving" was next. I hadn't listened to the song in years, but after a few listens I set up to record and gave it a go. I got through it and then replayed it. To say I was bad doesn't do justice to the word. I'd also use these words to describe my performance: awful, sucky, a totally lifeless and unmusical performance, no talent. I could go on and on but I won't. I won't give up my singing either. Karaoke will be my middle name.
